The Role
As a Resource Coordinator at Striveworks, you’ll be challenged—and trusted—on day one to track engineering resources across projects, including product development, contracts, presales/sales engineering, business development support, and more.
You’re right for this opportunity if you enjoy providing support during the decision-making process and working to streamline the use of resources on complex, high-impact projects. You should also be comfortable with analysis and reporting.
Your day-to-day will include:
- Tracking engineering resources across projects that span product development, contracts, presales/sales engineering, business development support, and more
- Collaborating with internal stakeholders to understand resource requirements, appropriate skill sets, availability, and project timelines
- Partnering with the VP of Engineering to achieve balanced utilization of resources
- Presenting available engineering resources and candidate staffing plans to fit project demand and budget
- Developing knowledge of assigned skill levels, experience, staffing preferences, and other relevant details
- Identifying and driving resolution when there are resourcing challenges, obstacles, or conflicts; offering solutions or alternatives when there are resource constraints
- Maintain data integrity; develop and maintain reports and dashboards utilizing Google Suite, ClickUp, or other tools for resource utilization and forecasting
The anticipated base pay range for this position is $45,000–$65,000/year. Striveworks’ total compensation package includes a competitive base salary, annual performance-based equity grants, and a yearly cash bonus.
This position offers a hybrid/on-site environment from our office in northwest Austin, TX.

At Striveworks, we want your say/do ratio to be 1, and we want you to know that being part of a top-tier team means that there is no smartest person in the room. If that makes sense, we’re already on the same page.
Here’s what we’re looking for:
- Experience with Google Suite, ClickUp, or other tools for resource utilization and forecasting
- Ability to use data to drive decisions
